I still have a couple of Christmas cards to show you but I know they haven't reached their destination yet so they will have to wait for now.

So incase I don't get another post made before Christmas I just wanted to thank all my lovely followers for your continued support over the year...........can you believe i've been a blogger for a whole year now! And wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy and Blessed New Year. This is my card to you.

For Jessica.

My little Granddaughter is nearly 6 months old now (already!) and what a lovely age to be to have your first Christmas. This is the card I made for her.

Decoupaged snowman in embossed frame. I glittered all the dots! Die cut embellishments and printed greeting using Night Sky font. Background paper from Papermaina Festive Frolicks. Finished off with more glitter.

Oh Deer!

This one was made for a friend. Stamped image and greeting embossed in Bronze. Matted on die cut circle of green mirri card (scanner hasn't caught the colour) on patterned background paper to match.

Simple stamping.

Another quick and easy card i've made a batch of in different colours. Simply stamped the image and matted on patterned paper trimmed one layer with a holly border punch. Great for posting too as no lumps and bumps.

Managed to squeeze in time to make another Christmas embellishment for the Craft Barn  blog challenge before the deadline tomorrow, well today now its gone midnight!

Gold card circle for base. Stamped robins, aren't they cute! coloured with promarker. Punched shapes and some glitter to finish.

Christmas Heart

Only just made it in time to enter the Craft Barn blogs Christmas challenge. I've still 4 or 5 cards to make but decided to have a break and a take time to play so I could enter the challenge.

There were so many lovely samples I had a job choosing what one to try first...........yes first! I want to try making them all but will have to finish the cards first. In the end I decided on the decorated heart as i'd had one lying in a drawer for ages. I think my heart is considerable smaller than the one they used for the sample as I only had room to put a few small flowers on it.

I lightly sanded the heart then covered with gesso then red and yellow acrylic paint. When dry I swiped a versamark ink pad over it and gold embossing powder. Was a bit heavy with the swipe LOL . Added some glitter, the punched flowers and a small greeting.

Had to scan it as photo was rubbish, so flowers are a bit flattened. I'll see if I can get a better photo tomorrow.

For mum.

My mum loves Robins so its easy to choose an image when i'm making her Christmas card LOL

This years Robin is a stamp by Inkadinkado. As its a 'real' looking Robin I decided on a traditional theme of red, green and gold with Poinsettia die cut embellishments and of course touches of glitter. Hope she likes it!

Josephs Coat.

Still desperately trying to catch up with my Christmas card making, time seems to be in an awful rush these days. I've made batches of this Noel card in different colours. Its fairly quick and easy using the Josephs coat technique.  Stamp NOEL in versamark on glossy card, heat emboss in clear then sponge on varius colours, buff with soft tissue and its done. Matted on red mirri card. Main green card sprayed with glimmer mist, sorry scan hasn't picked it up very well.

Birds Challenge.

Over on the  Form a Lines forum they are having a birds theme card challenge so thought this little Christmas card fits the bill perfectly.

Stamped robin image was from a friend, thanks Kath. I coloured it with promarkers and added glitter. Cut out using CB and nesties. Added a stamped greeting and music notes and matted on red mirri card.
